Each week during Lent, we will examine specific events in the last week of Jesus’ life and explore how this remarkable period affected not only individuals at that time, but the entire world from that week onward. The ramifications of the last week of Jesus’ life reverberate through all of human history and carry profound implications for every person in every place. Join us in worship on Sundays at 10am as we step back to Jerusalem and the events that lead to an empty tomb.

Open Door – Where All Means All
Open Door United Methodist Church affirms Christ’s call to engage in ministries that bring reconciliation and wholeness to all people.
We affirm that all people are created in the image of God and as beloved children of God, all are worthy of God’s love and grace.
We celebrate the gift of diversity reflected in our neighborhood and the world. We welcome the full inclusion of all people in the life and ministries of Open Door as we journey toward reconciliation through Christ. We embrace our human family’s diversity of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, faith history, economic status, marital status, physical and mental ability, and education.
We proclaim this statement of welcome to all who have known the pain of exclusion or discrimination in the church and society. We invite all to join on a faith journey toward greater love, understanding, and mutual respect.
